How it runs
Same rhythm as how we work.
01 Diagnose. We sit with the people who actually run the estate. MSP, finance, operations, whoever holds the passwords.
02 Ninety days. A sprint with a board-readable outcome. Often the operating model, the vendor map, and the first evidence pack.
03 Then a retainer if the seat still needs filling. One or two days a week after that, or we leave the place stronger.
What you leave with
If the next ninety days also need Cyber Essentials Plus or ISO 27001, that sprint can run in the same window.
